Putter Form Instructions:
DogHouse Golf takes every putter refinish/restoration and customization seriously. In order to deliver the best service and results please read the following instructions:
- Pay the $50.00 deposit
- Get access to the form and fill out applicable sections. You will also receive a shipping label to mail your putter
- An artist will be in touch via email after reviewing your putter form. You will have direct contact with the artist to finalize your putter project
- Once we receive your final approval the remaining balance can be settled and work on your putter will begin
The base price includes one single colour coating with single colour paint fill on putter head, and same single colour on shaft.
